Grilled Whole Chilies


Yield: 1 Servings
1 fruit - select firm ripe
1 fruit in season
110 ml plain yoghurt
1 t honey
1 fresh mint,Chopped
1 mint sprigs
1 slice the fruit.
2. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt mixed with honey and mint.
Garnish
with mint sprigs.
