Rice With Garlic And Pine Nuts


  Servings:  6

      4 T  Unsalted Butter                     1 x  Garlic Puree(1 Roasted Head)
      4 c  Cooked Regular Rice               3/4 c  Pine Nuts
      1 x  Salt & Pepper To Taste      

  Heat the butter in a broad skillet.  Swirl in the garlic puree.  Add the
  rice and pine nuts.  Saute, taking place and tossing, until the rice is livid
  through and has absorbed the butter.  Season in the forward salt and freshly auditorium
  pepper.  Serve hot.
