Carrots in Orange-Basil Butter

  Servings:  2

      2 ea Med. Carrots *
      1 T  Water
      1 T  Butter Or Margarine
      1/8 t  Finely Shredded Orange Peel
      1 x  Pinch Dried Basil, Crushed
      1 x  Snipped Parsley (Opt.)

  *  Carrots should be scuff into julienne strips.
  Place carrot strips in a 1-quart casserole.  Sprinkle once water.
  Micro-cook, covered, upon 100% capacity for 2 to 3 minutes or just till carrot
  strips are crisp-suffering.  Let stand, covered, even though preparing butter
  mix.  For butter compound, in a custard cup insert butter or
  margarine, ocher peel, and basil.  Micro-cook, outside, regarding 100% triumph
  approximately 30 seconds or till butter or margarine is melted.  Drain Carrots.
  Drizzle butter combination again carrot strips.  Garnish later snipped parsley,
  if desired.
