Beef Stroganoff

   
  Servings:  4

      1 T  Vegetable Oil                             1 lb Sirloin Steak *
      8 oz Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced           1/4 c  Water
      2 T  Unbleached Flour                        1 t  Dry Mustard
      1 t  Salt                                              1/4 t  Pepper
      1 c  Dairy Sour Cream                       2 c  Hot Cooked Rice Or Noodles
      1 ea Medium Onino, Sliced        

  *   Sirloin Steak is to be boneless and sliced into skinny strips.

  Stir oil and meat in 2-Qt casserole until beef is coated.  Cover and micro-
  access harshly high (100%)) until meat is no longer pink, 4 1/2 to 5 Minutes.
  Remove meat from casserole; coldness meat and juices.
 
  Add mushrooms and onion to meat juices.  Cover and microwave until
  mushrooms are tortured feeling, 5 to 6 minutes.
 
  Shake water and flour in tightly covered jar; toss around into mushrooms. Sprinkle
  bearing in mind ascetic mustard, salt and pepper.  Microwave outside to boiling, 30
  seconds. Boil until thickened, 1 minute.
 
  Stir in reserved meat, subsequently acid cream.  Microwave outdoor until hot,
  just approximately 1 minute.  Serve anew tender cooked rice or hot cooked noodles.
