Barbecued Chicken

  Servings:  8

  2 1/2 lb Cut Up Broiler Fryer                               1 c  Catsup
  1/4 c  Worcestershire Sauce                                1/4 c  Vinegar
  1/4 c  Packed Brown Sugar                                 1 ea Med. Onion, Chopped
   2 T  Cornstarch                                                  1 T  Lemon Juice
   1 t  Salt                                                              1 t  Celery Seed
  1/4 t  Liquid Smoke                                            2 ea Dashes Red Pepper Sauce

  Cut chicken into pieces; scratch each breast half into halves.  Arrange
